Our passion is learning! BrightPath’s dedicated early childhood educators are delivering an innovative, engaging, and proven curriculum that ignites a love for learning in all of our children.

All of our instructors and support staff are professionally trained in Early Childhood Education, have a background and vulnerability check, and are First Aid certified.

BrightPath employs a full team of full-time Early Childhood Educational Coaches dedicated to ensuring the curriculum is followed and at the highest standard. Through nurturing guidance, our early childhood educators inspire and encourage individuality in each and every BrightPath kid. Whether you have a budding engineer, athlete, or artist, our variety of fitness, movement, and sports programs teamed with a vast selection of academic programming provides your child with everything they need to get their future education off to a great start!



Early Childhood Education Coach, BC Region

Susan Bailey has been working for BrightPath since July 2014, when she started as the Assistant Director at our Clayton Hills centre in Surrey. In January 2015, she moved into her current position as the Early Childhood Education Coach for our BC centres.
Susan gained her Early Childhood Education Diploma in the UK and also holds her BC Early Childhood Education License to Practice, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Education. She has also completed many other training courses in Childcare Practices and Theoretical Perspectives of teaching to, and learning of, both children and adults.

She holds great passion for the childcare profession, which she has been pursuing for over twenty years. Susan’s work experiences have included teaching children in both Daycare and Preschool settings, working in Child Protection Services and also teaching in Post-Compulsory Education settings (colleges). Her goal as an early childhood educator is to raise standards for teaching and learning and to ensure quality provision of these services to children and families.

Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and years of experience, which assist in promoting quality and best practices for our BC BrightPath centres.
